ATTN CURRENT & FUTURE CLIENTS:
It has been brought to my attention that my website is not showing available dates and times for an appt. This is because I am completely booked for 8 weeks! (AWESOME! 😊)

With that being said, I am no longer booking appts over the phone! Due to everyday normal life and unexpected situations, I will be not be scheduling clients past 8 weeks out. Please check my website on a weekly basis to book an appt, as my schedule only allows clients to book up to 8 weeks out!

Thanks for your understanding and patience,
Heidi Schexnayder, LMT

(PS. What you see online is accurate! YOU GUYS ROCK!)

Stay tuned for more but until then, come UNWIND & RELAX with us! 🧘🏻‍♀️

We’ve always believed healing doesn’t stop when physical therapy ends.

For years, our clinic has been a place where people come to recover, move better, and feel stronger, and we’re grateful to be part of so many of your stories. ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Kinetix Wellness, the next step in how we support our community. We’re expanding into wellness services that care for the mind, body, and spirit, with offerings designed to promote relaxation, emotional balance, recovery, and everyday stress relief. True wellness is more than physical, and we’re honored to create a space that supports the whole person. 🌿

Our first addition is our Massage Chair Room, which features two zero-gravity chairs, so you can relax solo or bring someone you love and unwind together. Whether you’re wrapping up therapy, stopping in for a quick lunch break reset, or simply carving out time to unwind after a long day, you can now book a session dedicated entirely to relaxation. 🕯️

We’d love for you to come experience it. Message us to book your intro massage chair session and be part of this new chapter with us. 💜

Stay tuned as we continue sharing more wellness offerings in the coming weeks. 💫
