As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, we reflect not only on how far we've come, but also on the importance of continuing to protect the rights of people with disabilities. ❤️♿

This month also brought an important update: the DOJ announced it will no longer rely on its longstanding Olmstead guidance. While rights under the ADA remain the same, this change could reduce federal support for protecting access to community-based services.
