📣 WE'RE HIRING A NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST 📣
LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF PT PRACTICE?
Most outpatient PT jobs ask you to see more patients, move faster, and work within tighter constraints.
This practice is built around the opposite approach.
I’m looking for a physical therapist to join my one-on-one, cash-based practice in a flexible (part or full-time) role focused on thoughtful care, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth.
📌 WHAT MAKES THIS PRACTICE DIFFERENT:
• 1:1 sessions
• Calm, low-stimulation environment with natural light + outdoor space
• Strong focus on dry needling, manual therapy, and complex cases
• Patients who are motivated and invested in their care
• Mentorship + opportunity to develop your own clinical niche
• Autonomy in how you evaluate and treat
Dry needling is a major focus of the practice, with patients traveling from across the region specifically for this style of care. I’ve been teaching dry needling for nearly 10 years, and this role offers the opportunity for real mentorship and hands-on clinical growth. We also incorporate medical shockwave therapy as part of care.
📌 THIS POSITION MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Enjoy hands-on treatment + clinical reasoning
• Appreciate a quieter, slower-paced environment
• Enjoy complex problem-solving and individualized care
• Are interested in dry needling + manual therapy
• Want autonomy in treatment
• Value mentorship and continued growth
📧 If this resonates with you, send me a message or email me at [email protected] and tell me a bit about your background and how you like to work.
