If you currently have TRICARE Prime, CareSource may be another insurance option worth exploring during open enrollment, depending on your eligibility and coverage needs.

💡 One helpful difference: CareSource does not require preauthorization for therapy services at our practice, which can make accessing care a little easier!

We know navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, so we encourage you to review your options carefully and choose the plan that best fits your family’s needs.

POV: Your therapists finally got a day off… and immediately became children at Discovery Cove. 😂🐠💦

No treatment plans.
No progress notes.
No emails.
Just sunshine, swimming, snacks, and questionable amounts of sunscreen. ☀️😂

A little reminder that therapists need therapy… and apparently a team day at Discovery Cove. 🌴🫶

We spend our days helping others regulate their nervous systems, so naturally we spent our day floating around in the water. 😆

So grateful for this team, the laughs, the friendships, and the people who make Stars Counseling feel like more than just a workplace. ⭐️

Team Stars = officially recharged. 🔋✨

Today, we remember. 🤍

We remember the lives lost. The families forever changed. The heroes, the helpers, and the strangers who showed up for one another.

But we also remember 9/12.

The kindness.
The unity.
The way we checked on our neighbors, hugged a little tighter, and cared a little more.

Maybe the best way to honor the people we lost is to bring a little more of 9/12 into every day.

Be kind. Check in. Give grace. Help someone. Choose connection over division.

We remember them by how we choose to treat each other. 🕊️🤍
