Small ergonomic adjustments can make a big difference in preventing neck, back, shoulder, and wrist pain. Remember to:
✔️ Sit with a neutral spine
✔️ Keep your shoulders relaxed
✔️ Position your patient—not your body
✔️ Use magnification loupes when appropriate
✔️ Take a few moments between patients to stretch and reset

Your career is a marathon, not a sprint. Prioritizing proper ergonomics today can help protect your health for years to come.
