Pachamama Munai We are a Non-Profit Wellness Center & Church based in Central Florida. We have been offering a place for individuals to heal, grow and evolve since 2019.

10/20/2026

This sacred weekend is devoted to healing, transformation, remembrance, and reconnection. 🌿

Our Co-Ed Sacred Retreat, December 4–6, offers a grounded ceremonial container to work with Ayahuasca as a pathway to healing inherited patterns, releasing burdens carried through generations, and restoring harmony within the lineage.

This is not an escape or an experience to consume. It is a prayerful return to the body, the heart, the spirit, and the wisdom of those who walked before us.

Over three days you’ll be held by an experienced team, nourished with clean meals, and supported through preparation, ceremony, and thoughtful integration.

✨ Plant Medicine Ceremonies • Breathwork • Somatic Movement • Shamanic Cleanse • Nourishing Meals • Indoor Accommodations • Integration

Many people who once needed someone to hold them become the ones who hold everyone. 🪬

The parent who carries the whole family. The partner who fixes every problem. The friend everyone calls in a crisis. The healer, the leader, the one who always shows up.

It looks like love, and part of it truly is. But sometimes, underneath, it’s an old wound still hoping to be saved.

This is the savior shadow.

It shows up when we feel responsible for everyone’s happiness and healing. When we feel heavy or empty after giving so much. When our worth depends on being needed.

And without meaning to, every time we rescue, we send a quiet message: “You can’t do this without me.”

The truth is gentler, and much freer:
The body knows how to heal. The soul knows its way. God moves through it all.

We are here to support, not to save. To trust each person’s timing. To stay present when it’s hard to witness, without taking their healing out of their hands.

Because when we trust, we say something far more powerful: “You were always whole.”

The deepest work begins when we turn inward and finally hold the one inside us who was waiting to be held too. 🤍

🔁 Send this to someone who carries everyone.

Our hearts are still so full from yesterday’s Women’s Circle 🌙

To every woman who showed up, who opened her heart, shared her truth, held space for her sisters, and let herself be held: thank you. You reminded us what happens when we stop carrying everything alone and remember we were never meant to. Something ancient awakens when women sit in circle, and yesterday we felt it.

The circle continues ✨

There is a moment on this path that almost everyone meets. 🌕

The medicine shows you something real. Your heart opens, you see clearly, and you feel connected to everything. Then, very quietly, a voice says: “I’ve arrived.”

That voice is not the medicine. It’s the ego, wearing the medicine’s clothes.

I’ve seen it in seekers & in facilitators.. It’s human. The danger comes when we stop noticing it, when we forget that every vision, every opening, every gift was given to us by Great Spirit, not created by us.

Humbling ourselves is how we bow back in gratitude. It’s how we place the ego in service, again and again, and keep doing our own work.

True medicine makes us softer, not higher. More curious, not more certain.

💬 How do you keep your ego in service to Spirit? Share your practice below.

🔁 Save this for the day you need to remember you’re still a student.

I’ve watched beautiful, gifted space holders lose their way here. Not because they were bad people, but because they forgot that the light being reflected at them was never theirs to take.

The medicine asks us to be humble. To be honest with ourselves. To keep doing our own shadow work, no matter how long we’ve walked this path.

Swipe through, and sit with the last question for a while. 🌿

This is the first in a series on the shadows of holding space with sacred plant medicine.

💬 Facilitators and seekers: what has this work taught you about power and trust?
🔁 Save this for when you need the reminder.

There is a moment in circle when you feel it:

The fear softens, the battle transforms, and the feminine rises in the room like something alive.

If you’ve been standing at the edge of your healing, this is your sign. 🌙

What if you’ve been trying to change your life…
from the outside in…
when the real transformation begins from the inside out?

Beneath the patterns are emotions you learned to suppress.
Beneath the armor are parts of you, you learned to abandon.
And beneath all of that…
Is the woman you may have forgotten how to hear.

Your next chapter may not be calling for a new you.

Your next chapter may be calling you back home to yourself.

Release. Realign. Rise.

Have you noticed old fears, patterns, relationships, or emotions resurfacing lately?

Things you thought you had moved through.
Versions of yourself you thought you had outgrown.
And suddenly, you’re being asked to face them again.

It can feel confusing.
Exhausting.
Even discouraging.

But… what if this isn’t a sign that you’re going backwards?

What if… you’re standing at a threshold?

A moment where life is asking you…
Will you respond from who you were… or from who you are becoming?

On October 10, as we move into this powerful portal, we’re gathering in sacred sisterhood to slow down, ground, reconnect, and explore what it means to move through without abandoning ourselves in the process.

This circle is for the woman who is ready to stop letting fear make the decisions.

To release what no longer feels aligned.
To reconnect with her own inner guidance.
And to feel supported as she steps into the next version of herself.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
You just need a safe space to hear yourself again.

If you’re ready to Release. Realign. Rise,
