As Winter temps drop, dry eye symptoms increase due to indoor heating symptoms, cold outdoor air and decreased blinking. A few ways to find relief during these cold months are to use preservative free artifical tears, take breaks often from digital devices and use humidifiers to help put some moisture back into the air. ❄️👁️💧
