Mother's day has come and gone but the mothers still need our support. It is and a great month to focus on so we want to feature out Perinatal Mental Health Support group🌷 and our Toddler Moms Support Group 🐻! These spaces are created for mamas! Health insurance is accepted for therapy groups, and you do not need to be seeing an individual therapist at our practice in order to benefit from participation in group therapy!

From the windows of our offices, you can see a blossoming cherry tree. We adopted this tree as a symbol of our work because it reminds us of the ways that being open to change leads to resilience. We are excited to announce that the our tree is blossoming as of this week! The blossoms often appear quickly and only briefly, as sometimes the joys in life fade quickly too. We remember this moment of beauty and joy to fuel our soul through the rest of the year. Wishing you as many moments of awe and beauty you can find this spring!
