We are excited to welcome Alexis Hahs to the Lynden Counseling Collective team!

Alexis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University. Her experience includes serving as a Lead Counselor within a Federally Qualified Health Center and as a Program Director for an inpatient treatment center, where she developed a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Alexis takes a solution-focused approach to therapy, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) with practical, evidence-based strategies. She is especially passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and values an honest, collaborative therapeutic relationship built on authenticity and meaningful connection.

We are excited to welcome Miranda Rankin the Lynden Counseling Collective team!

Miranda earned her Master of Education in School Counseling from Seattle University and is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. She creates a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, she tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. For those who desire it, she is also happy to integrate Christian faith into the counseling process while welcoming clients from all backgrounds.
