💥UPDATE! 💥

For nearly 70 years, Christian Health Care Center has cared for individuals and families during life’s most fragile moments. Now, CHCC is preparing to expand hospice services in North Whatcom County through The Hospice Suites at CHCC.

This week (and every day!), we recognize the incredible nursing assistants who care for CHCC residents with compassion and love.

Nursing assistants are often the first face residents see in the morning and the last they see at the end of the day. Their calling to serve helps create a warm and welcoming environment for those we care for.

CHCC strives to provide compassionate care that honors the dignity and life story of every resident. We recognize the challenges that memory loss can bring and are grateful to everyone who walks alongside someone living with dementia.

This month, make an effort to learn more about brain health, support those affected by Alzheimer's disease and help reduce the stigma surrounding dementia.

SHINING STAR: Josh F. (assistant administrator) ⭐

Josh has filled several roles during his 13-plus years at CHCC, including CNA, t-rec, social services and chaplain. He now serves as assistant administrator after recently earning his administrator license.
