LFPT is excited to welcome Emily Vandeburgt!

Emily grew up in Lynden and attended Lynden Christian School. After graduating high school, she went to University of British Columbia where she received her Bachelor of Human Kinetics followed by her Master of Physical Therapy. Emily worked for over two years in Langley, BC in an outpatient clinic setting where she developed an interest in treating cervicogenic pain and headaches, TMJ-related pain and dysfunction, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Since starting at Lynden Family Physical Therapy, she has gained an interest in Women's Pelvic Health as Whatcom County continues to be the small-town family-focused community she loves.

Emily loves this area, drawing her and her husband to move to Whatcom County from Langley, BC. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family, and friends – depending on the season, indoors or outdoors – playing card games, pickleball, mountain activities, and camping.

At LFPT our goal is to help you meet your goals! We love to see our patients back doing what they love. This week we are happy to celebrate Grace making a full return basketball after her knee surgery. She put the same dedication and hard work she shows on the court into doing her home program and PT sessions and it shows! Proud of her efforts and proud to be a part of her journey to Keep Moving!
