Crick in your neck??
New Neck Pain with loss of motion? Often times you’ll lose the ability to bend or turn the neck on one side, but not the other.
Most of the time Cervical Retraction will solve the problem. By repeatedly stretching the tissues of the neck joints in this direction, you restore the bodily tissues to their proper state. This can be achieved by performing the exercise appropriately.
Notice that if you achieve improved range of motion following a full set of the movement, you have likely found the correct movement and will restore your tissues faster than left alone on their own. Avoid slumping and forward head position while you recover!
