My love of Spa & Relaxation massage allows me to pivot to the most relaxing modalities for aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, and relaxing "foofy" treatments. I also make all of the products I use, from organic oils and pure essential oils. I have an arsenal of specialized tools for those who might require deeper work, and extensive experience with PNF stretching.

People tend to think about "A" muscle as one unit doing one action. It isn't. It's thousands of tiny fibers doing tiny actions in a wave.

One turns on for a millisecond, and turns off. Another turns on for a millisecond and turns off. The action so smooth that it feels like it was all at once.

Slow movement, as done in Qi Gong restores this flow by removing the use of momentum.
