All are welcome to this special Sunday morning event designed to celebrate and honor all the maternal figures in our lives. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, dog-mom, cat-mom or honoring a mother who cannot be with you- this event is perfect for you! Experience a powerful energetic reset through gentle restorative yoga, therapeutic sound meditation, reiki healing, and relaxing massage— on your mat or in a chair. Emerge feeling calmer, lighter, honored and held.
What to expect: After a brief introduction, guests will be guided through several restorative yoga postures to encourage rest, presence, and inner connection. While settled into supported poses, therapeutic tones and healing vibrations from sound healing instruments work to calm the body and mind, enhanced further by hands-on reiki and massage. Movement is optional.
Healthy snacks and light refreshments will be served to conclude the session.

NOTE: Tickets are non-refundable, however, you may transfer your spot to a friend if necessary. Wear comfortable layers. The studio has mats and blankets, however, we encourage you to bring any additional items to enhance your comfort during the session. (extra mats, pillows, etc.)
