LOCAL LADIES- 12 years and older-
The most important thing you can do to keep yourself safe is to LISTEN TO YOUR 6th SENSE! If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t -DON’T IGNORE IT, you need to act to get out of the situation or change who you’re with -to keep you and your loved ones safe. 🤜🫶🤛

With that said, we all should have some extra tools in our “safety toolbox”🧰 in case we need to use them~

We are so excited to announce that Officer McDonald recently completed the Women Empowered instructor certification program. We will be hosting FREE Women Empowered classes for the community! The Women Empowered program has over 20 techniques that are divided into 15 lessons. Each class will cover a different lesson and focus on one or more of the 4 phases of an assault perpetrated by a stranger or non-stranger. The classes can be completed in any order. No previous experience is necessary, 12 years and older, fitness/workout attire recommended.

SPACE IS VERY LIMITED AND PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Email Officer McDonald at [email protected] to register and save your spot!

Many times, children climb on furniture to access windows. Move all furniture away from windows.

Create soft landing surfaces such as bushes, mulch or plant beds under windows to help reduce injuries in case of a fall.

If a child does fall, do not move them and call 911 right away. They could have serious injuries.
