Ayesha Kamal is an occupational therapy practitioner with over 5 years of clinical experience before earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University.
During her doctoral program, she held leadership roles as Vice President of both Pi Theta Epsilon and the Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity (COTAD). Her capstone focused on delivering healthcare education in a diverse world, reflecting her passion for inclusive, culturally responsive care.
Ayesha developed her passion for hand therapy while completing her Level II fieldwork in an outpatient hand therapy setting. She is excited to bring her experience and commitment to client-centered care to the Hands for Living team.
A proud member of the Redmond and Sammamish community since 2010, Ayesha enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband of 22 years and their three children.
