To provide with high quality diagnostic radiologic service to all the individuals involved in the diagnostic process, and keep an outstanding relation with everyone involved in the referring process. Authorization with correct CPT Code for MRI’s and CT Scans, Ultrasounds and X-Rays

Insurance Cards ( if Available )
Sedation Authorization ( if Required, for Claustrophobic Patients )

( Minimum of 2 numbers if available )
We work with various insurance Groups and their IPA’s. Please be advised that many Insurance Groups require authorization prior to study being rendered, however a Direct Referral
