Sometimes a rental needs more than a quick tidy—especially after a long guest stay with extra laundry, stains, and a heavy smoke smell. We stepped in for a full refresh, tackling everything from carpet stains to restocking supplies and even swapping out the Ring camera battery.

Floors were cleaned, appliances wiped down, and all bedding was washed and reset. Small repairs and extra attention made sure every space felt comfortable again. The result? A home that’s sparkling, restocked, and ready for the next guests.

Position: Cleaning Technican

Service Areas: Cedar Creek Lake & surrounding area
Must work weekends
Pay based on experience

We're looking for individuals who:
✔️ Have reliable transportation with DL and insurance
✔️ Pass Background check and drug test
✔️ Take pride in their work and pay attention to detail
✔️ Can work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Are dependable and show up when scheduled
✔️ Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience in residential or Airbnb cleaning is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

This Memorial Day weekend tested us in every way possible — and my team still handled cleans like champs.

Back-to-back turnovers, heavy traffic, nonstop messages, surprise messes including surprise buzzards, and tight deadlines kept us running all week long, but my crew continued to show up and give 100% every single day. Watching everyone work together under pressure while still making sure each property was guest-ready made me incredibly proud.

Vacation rental cleaning isn’t just “cleaning.” It’s problem solving, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and pushing through long days even when you’re exhausted. This weekend was proof of that.

As stressful and exhausting as it was at times, we still ended the week with positive feedback from guests and homeowners, and that means everything to a small business like ours.

I’m beyond thankful for the hardworking team behind Cedar Creek Cleans and for the clients who continue trusting us with their homes and Airbnb's. ☀️🧹
