So… what does a chiropractic adjustment actually do?

One of the things I love about what I do is helping patients understand the why behind their care — not just getting them on the table, adjusting them, and sending them on their way.

Chiropractic adjustments are used to address joint restrictions and improve mobility and function. But your care should always be based on what your body needs.

At Kountz Wellness Collective, we want you to understand your treatment, ask questions, and feel comfortable with the care you’re receiving.

If you’ve been curious about chiropractic but weren’t quite sure what to expect, ask me your questions below. 💛

PRENATAL PRAISE REPORT

My patient came in yesterday, requesting to ring the celebration bell 🔔.

She announced that she is 9 weeks pregnant! This is her primary health goals - to get pregnant again beciase she had been trying for a while w/o success. She attributed her adjustments being a vital role in curated a healthy environment to grow her second child. Next goal is building a powerful birth team for her to support a VBAC!

Excited and overjoyed are UNDERSTATEMENTS! 🥲🥲🥲

-
A celebration bell is rung when patient want to acknowledge the progress made in their lives while under our care! as known as praise reports 😄😃

A VBAC is having a baby vaginally after a caesarean birth.
