We were honored to celebrate Flag Day with our wonderful residents, staff, families, and special guest Aaron Wilson.

A special thank you to one of our residents Tom for their heartfelt Flag Day tribute, reminding us of the sacrifices, freedoms, and values represented by our nation's flag. Moments like these allow us to reflect on our shared history and honor those who have served our country.

Who says workouts have to be boring? 🥁💪

At TLC, we love finding creative ways to stay active. This drumstick and medicine ball workout was a massive hit—literally! It’s incredible for hand-eye coordination, upper body strength, and honestly, it’s just a great way to let loose and have fun together.

Our residents are absolutely crushing their daily workout here at TLC. Our Fitness Director, Khara, always knows how to keep the energy high and the movements flowing. Whether we're working on mobility or getting our heart rates up, we're doing it with a smile!
