The average American worker spends seven hours a day on the computer either in the office or working from home. It's no wonder that our eyes are feeling the strain.

Prolonged digital screen use makes the eyes work harder and could lead to the development of vision-related symptoms. Headaches, blurry vision or dry eye are all symptoms of computer vision syndrome.

In addition to practicing the 20-20-20 rule – looking at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds for every 20 minutes you're on a screen, talk with your eye doctor to find solutions for digital eye strain.
