Schedule change for Zumba Gold tomorrow (February 9th). No other class sessions are affected.

My Zumba Gold class on Monday, February 9th will start at 4:00 (instead of 5:30), due to my kids having a conflicting concert at school. We will still meet in the Free Range South Wing. I hope to see you there!

Seriously this was me today. It is mucky and salty today!

You can help us keep the floors at the studio nice and clean - if possible, bring a clean pair of shoes to change into or take your wet shoes off up front and put on the mats or the shoe racks.

On the plus side, I did get a ton of steps in with the steam mopping! 🙂

Flow & Grow Yoga (for kids aged 9-12) was a big hit this morning! Afterward, this kiddo demonstrated his four favorite poses from the class.

There are two more sessions this month: Saturdays December 13th and 20th, from 10:00 to 10:45 in the South Wing studio. The cost for the two sessions is just $20.
