June is Cancer Immunotherapy Awareness Month! It's time to recognize one of the most innovative advances in modern cancer treatment.

Unlike traditional treatments that directly target cancer cells, immunotherapy works by helping the body’s own immune system recognize and fight cancer more effectively. For some patients, these therapies have opened the door to new possibilities, improved outcomes, and renewed hope.

While immunotherapy is not the right fit for every diagnosis, continued research and clinical advancements are helping expand its role across many types of cancer care.
