Today we celebrated some big moments together as a team! We had a lovely lunch celebrating Abby's new baby, Mikayla's birthday and last but certainly not least Tracy passing her exam and becoming an LCSW (the highest license in the social work profession)!!! We are grateful to be on this journey together.

Meet the newest member of the team, Journey!! Journey is 12 weeks old and will be trained as a therapy dog. He will assist in providing emotional support during sessions. He may be spotted in the office beginning the first week in August. Until his training is complete he will be the "office pup" and will be adjusting to his new environment. Journey will live with Heather and her family but will come to work daily. He will have a special space of his own in the office so when he isn't needed he can rest and play. Please be on the lookout for new paperwork that will let us know about your comfort level with having Journey in your sessions.

We are thrilled to welcome our new therapist, Camilla Jefferson! Camilla earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University and has a combined 15 years of experience is child welfare, community mental health counseling, and palliative/hospice care. Camilla has a special interest is working with those experiencing difficulty with loss, anxiety, depression and general feelings of daily stress. Camilla is currently accepting new clients, primarily in the evenings! Call or email us for specific availability.
