Breakups don’t just end relationships… they disrupt your sense of safety, identity, and routine.
And healing isn’t about “getting over it.”
It’s about learning how to come back to yourself—gently, honestly, and without rushing the process.
Some days you’ll feel strong.
Other days, you’ll miss what you know wasn’t right for you.
Both can be true.
Repairing after a breakup is less about them…
and more about how you choose to care for you moving forward.
Take what you need from this.
Leave what you don’t.
But don’t abandon yourself in the process.
