With over 18yrs of of experience, joining with others to help navigate life is still our passion. Nathan is happily married to his wife Karalee of 18 years.

Our mission is to facilitate hope and healing through Christian Counseling. We believe that we were created to receive healing through relationship and ultimately through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit. We work using sound Biblical principles, some of which are best realized through professional counseling practices. They have been blessed with 4 kids ranging from 17years old down to 7y

rs old. They currently reside out in the country near Atlanta MO where they enjoy outdoor activities, coaching/playing sports and generally spending time together as a family. Karalee has a BA in Human Services and has put her education to use as a home educator to their 4 children. Nathan and his family are very involved in their local church where Nathan currently serves as the Director of Family Ministry. Nathan is also the co-founder of Mary's Mission a non-for profit organization that seeks to fund & provide counseling for those in need of financial assistance for the counseling service. Nathan did his undergraduate work at the University of Missouri-Kansas City earning a BA in Psychology. In 2006, Nathan completed his graduate work and received his Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. From there Nathan, Karalee and family moved to Springfield, MO where Nathan completed the required hours to become a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of MO. Nathan specializes in working with couples (married and pre-married) with varying degrees of need. Keep in mind that you don't have to be on the way to divorce court to seek counseling! We all have room for improvement in our marriages, many times counseling can be a huge help for those that simply need to reconnect and/or learn new skills to better communicate. Nathan also meets with individuals and has helped many dealing with complex anxiety issues, depression, spiritual issues, relationship struggles, parenting, and some addiction issues. 🇺🇸 Happy 250th USA! 🇺🇸

In a world that feels increasingly divided, I’m reminded that the strength of a nation begins in the quiet places—inside the heart, inside the home, and inside the family God has entrusted to us.

As a counselor, I see every day that the health of a country is deeply connected to the health of its families. When fathers lead with integrity, when mothers nurture with courage, when children grow in truth and love, a nation is strengthened from the inside out.

We honor God because He is the One who establishes righteousness, heals wounds, restores identity, and calls us to live with purpose.
We honor country because freedom is a gift—one that requires responsibility, humility, and unity.
We honor the family unit because it is the first place where character is formed, hope is learned, and love is practiced.

Today, I’m grateful for:

• families who fight for connection even when life is hard
• men and women who choose faith over fear
• communities who stand together rather than drift apart
• the God who still heals, still guides, and still raises up people of courage

May we continue to build homes that are strong, marriages that are resilient, and children who know who they are in Christ.
Because when the family flourishes, the nation stands tall.

There is a strength in a father that God wove into the world on purpose.
Not the strength of perfection, but the strength of presence. The strength that says, “I’m here. I’m with you. I’m for you.”

Today I’m celebrating the fathers who show up—sometimes with confidence, sometimes with trembling hands, but always with a heart that longs to bless, protect, and call out the glory in their children.

In the words of (John) Eldredge, every child is asking two core questions:

• To sons: “Do I have what it takes?”
• To daughters: “Am I lovely?”

And fathers—imperfect, learning, growing—get to answer those questions with their lives.

So here’s to the dads who:

• fight for their families even when no one sees
• speak life into their kids when the world speaks fear
• carry both strength and tenderness in the same heart
• refuse to give up on the story God is writing in them

Your role is irreplaceable. Your presence is a gift.
And your fatherhood echoes the heart of the Father who delights in His children.

Happy Father’s Day to the men who rise, who love, who bless, and who keep showing up.

Your courage matters more than you think.

I hope all of you moms out there received all the love and praise due to you yesterday and every day! We appreciate all the hard work you do on a daily basis that isn’t seen or often acknowledged but is so vital to the future of your children, our community and the world.
