She especially enjoys working with clients and educating them throughout their health journey.

While in college, he worked for three years as a Behavioral Health Technician at the Tranquil Shores residence before transitioning into his role as an Admissions Coordinator. In this position, he is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for individuals entering treatment and is continually inspired by the positive changes he witnesses in each client.

In his free time, Dawson enjoys playing guitar, listening to live music, and bouldering.

She is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with an Associate of Science degree in Healthcare Business Management and also has a strong background in medical billing, working extensively with Medicare and Medicaid insurances.

When she isn’t working, LaQuisha enjoys watching football and spending time with her family.

George serves as Assistant Staff Support Supervisor and has lived in the St. Petersburg area since 1972. He has an occupational foundation in fine dining and customer service and transitioned to the mental health field after 9/11. George has worked in several capacities, including as a technician at group homes, managing transportation services for an outpatient facility, and working on both progressive and acute psychiatric units for over 17 years.

For fun, George draws cartoons and enjoys outdoor activities such as sailing, biking, and camping.
