Employee Spotlight of the Month: BCBA Sydney! 🌟

Sydney has been part of the Healing Haven team for nearly five years, and her journey is a wonderful example of dedication, growth, and a passion for making a difference.

• Started as a Behavior Technician and earned her RBT certification shortly after joining
• Joined our Practicum Program (now called Compass) in 2023, where she embraced a variety of leadership opportunities
• Became a BCBA at our Madison Heights campus in June 2025

Sydney has spent most of her life supporting children with autism. When she discovered the field of ABA, she knew it was the perfect opportunity to build a meaningful career while helping every child reach their unique potential. One moment that will always stay with her was hearing a client who communicated through sign language, say "I love you" vocally to their parents for the very first time. It was a powerful reminder that she had found exactly where she was meant to be.

Healing Haven is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Madison Heights.
