We had a “gourd” time at our Pumpkin Fest today! Our pumpkins were painted with creativity, a little bit of mess, and LOTS of love! A heartfelt THANK YOU to our wonderful Ombudsman for joining us and judging all the amazing pumpkin creations. Your time and support mean so much to us! From colorful pumpkins to big smiles and plenty of fall fun, today was truly pumpkin-spice and everything nice! Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special. It’s moments like these that make our community feel like family! Shout out to Mrs. Groover for winning first place and Marsh Farms for all the pumpkins!

We are proud to recognize Raini for her hard work and dedication to Madison At The Range! Over the past four months, Raini has worked diligently in our housekeeping department, helping keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents.
Originally from Sheffield, Alabama, Raini has two cats named Sqeeken and Rasket. Her favorite color is pink, and in her free time, she enjoys shopping, watching scary movies, and diamond painting.
What Raini enjoys most about her job is talking with our residents and taking the time to get to know them. Her appreciation for building relationships with our residents is a wonderful reflection of the caring culture we strive to create every day.
Please join us in congratulating Raini on this well-deserved recognition! We are so happy to have her as part of our Madison At The Range family. Way to go, Raini!

Welcome our new Maintenance Director, Will! We are honored to have your expertise at The Range!

Will brings a strong background in leadership, facility operations, and hands-on maintenance to Madison At The Range. Originally from Hanceville, Alabama, William is married and the proud father of five children.

Before beginning his career in senior living, Will proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force as a Military Working Dog Kennel Master. During his military career, he was responsible for overseeing daily operations, personnel, facilities, and the overall management of kennel operations at various locations. His service instilled in him a strong commitment to leadership, accountability, organization, safety, and maintaining high standards.

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Will worked in building supply and construction, where he developed valuable hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and facility operations. That experience eventually led him to the senior living industry—a field he has grown to truly enjoy. He takes great pride in ensuring that the environment is safe, comfortable, functional, and well maintained for both residents and team members.

Will is passionate about problem-solving and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
