We’re excited to be at AAFP FUTURE 2026, meeting medical students from across the country and sharing what makes training in Wisconsin so special.

Each of our continuity clinic sites offers a unique patient population, care model, and learning environment, giving our residents the opportunity to grow into well-rounded, community-focused family physicians.

🏥 Belleville Clinic – A rural training experience with broad-spectrum care and strong community connection
🌱 Rural Health Equity Track (RHET) – Focused training in advancing health equity in rural communities based out of Belleville Clinic
🌆 Northport Dr Clinic – Serving a diverse urban population with rich cultural and clinical experiences
🌿 Verona Clinic – A dynamic suburban setting with strong community partnerships and innovation in care delivery
❤️ Wingra Clinic – An FQHC setting dedicated to caring for underserved populations with integrated, team-based care

Drs. Patricia Tellez-Giron, Lashika Yogendran, and Alejandra Pineda represented the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health - Madison Residency Program, sharing more about training opportunities and life in Wisconsin. We always enjoy meeting future family physicians and talking about the impact of Family Medicine in our communities.
