We recently brought CIP training to Fond du Lac County in partnership with the Ripon Police Department, bringing together 27 law enforcement officers and community professionals to build their knowledge, skills, and confidence in responding to people experiencing mental health or substance use crises.

CIP training helps professionals better understand mental health, recognize signs of crisis, practice de-escalation strategies, and connect people with appropriate resources and support.

A big thank you to the Ripon Police Department for partnering with us and to everyone who participated and continues to make our communities stronger and more compassionate.
