Shawn earned his Master of Physical Therapy from UTEP in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from NMSU and UTEP. He has been with Restore Therapy for 11 years and has served at Valley View Rehab for 9 years.

Shawn is passionate about helping others return to their fullest potential and overcome life’s unforeseen obstacles with care and compassion.

Thank you, Shawn, for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment to helping our residents reach their goals. We are grateful to have you as part of the Valley View family!

🌟 Employee Spotlight – Jennifer Jobin, Rehab Director & Speech-Language Pathologist 🌟

For 11 years, Jennifer has been an invaluable part of the Valley View family. Throughout her career in skilled nursing, she has been passionate about helping patients regain their independence while building meaningful relationships and learning from the incredible stories they share.

A graduate of The University of South Alabama, Jennifer's career has included providing speech therapy in skilled nursing facilities, performing instrumental swallowing assessments across North Alabama, and mentoring future Speech-Language Pathologists. Since joining Valley View in 2015 and becoming Rehab Director in 2017, she has continued to lead with compassion, clinical excellence, and a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Jennifer works alongside our therapy team, staff, patients, and families every day to help our residents achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.

Thank you, Jennifer, for your dedication, leadership, and the knowledge you bring to our team. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the Valley View family! 💙
