At Terry Funeral & Cremation Service, we understand that not everyone is financially ready to purchase final arrangements in advance. However, that doesn’t mean your wishes should go undocumented.

That’s why we’re introducing our new Wishes on Record Program.

This program allows you to sit down with us and record important decisions regarding your funeral, cremation, burial location, service preferences, military honors, music selections, and more. Your information is securely kept on file, giving your loved ones guidance and peace of mind when the time comes.

Too often, families are left wondering, “What would Mom have wanted?” or “Did Dad ever tell us what he wanted?” A simple conversation today can eliminate uncertainty tomorrow.

There is no cost, no obligation, and no requirement to purchase anything. If you’re not ready to make financial arrangements, that’s okay. Having your wishes documented can still make all the difference for those you love.

Because peace of mind shouldn’t have a price tag.

Today was Kaye Cook’s last official day at the funeral home as she begins her well-earned retirement.

It’s hard for me to put into words what Kaye has meant to me personally. Over the years, she has been much more than a coworker. I’ve always looked at her like a grandmother. Through good days, difficult days, and every challenge in between, she has always been in my corner, supporting me, encouraging me, and helping guide me along the way.

When I purchased the funeral home, Kaye believed in me and stood behind me every step of the journey. Her knowledge, dedication, and love for the families we serve have helped shape this funeral home into what it is today.

While she’s retiring from her day-to-day duties at 84 years old, I’m thankful she has agreed to stop in once a month to keep an eye on me and make sure the files are still in order. Some things never change.

Kaye, thank you for your friendship, your wisdom, and your unwavering support. I am blessed to have had you by my side, and Terry Funeral & Cremation Service is better because of you. Enjoy your retirement…you’ve certainly earned it.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice gave us the freedoms we enjoy each and every day, and we should never take that for granted.

As families gather this weekend, may we all take a moment to reflect on those who never made it home and the loved ones who continue to carry their memory forward.

From all of us at Terry Funeral & Cremation Service, we thank our fallen heroes and their families for the sacrifice they made for this nation.

May we never forget.

I just want to give a shout out to our entire team.

All of them are pretty much retired, they sure don’t do it for the money. From the book keeper, to the secretary, the funeral assistants, and those who care for pet families. These folks are hands down some of the best people I could possibly have the privilege of working with.

The care they show to families is second to none. They deserve the credit and keep me in check as well as the funeral home as a whole.

A group of people working together to make sure every family is cared for and every detail is taken care of.

I wouldn’t trade these folks for anything💯
