Greetings friends. It's been a journey, hasn't it? So many of us have experienced thoughts, feelings, emotions, and moments unlike any other time in life. My congratulations to you. We are leading the way for those who will follow. If it's been bumpy for you, hang in there, trailblazing can be very challenging.
Personally, the past two years have offered some of the best moments I've yet had. Life here at home has been amazing. My husband and I grew closer each day and our relationship roots have gone deep. My personal growth work has offered me many insights and moments of challenge and expansion... and it's been wonderful and welcomed. I watched with wonder, humility, joy, and sheer amazement as so many of you trusted your gifts and support systems and did many many amazing things. I'm so proud of all of you!
The Sage & Sweetgrass studio is gently reopening. A slight bump in the 90 min fee to $90.00 and the 120 min fee to $130.00, as business costs have increased. The studio also has enjoyed holding space for many of you amazing folks as you bring who you are now, to the table. It is an ongoing honor to facilitate for you, a space of rest, insight, release, and relief.
Because we have circumstances that require self-care, all folks who schedule sessions will need to be vaccinated and boosted. Of course, circumstances will be considered but a conversation will be required. I fully realize vaccination is not the best fit for everyone, nothing is. However, it is the best way we currently have to keep most of us healthy and thriving.
I thank you for your patience and ongoing support as I have navigated these past months. Your notes of encouragement and appreciation have inspired me to deepen my commitment to always being the best therapist I can be.
I look forward to seeing those of you who would like to schedule a session. A message here or to my personal FB page or a text is still the best way to get in touch. I'm limiting myself to 2 sessions a day to assure each person has my full attention.
