Chef Luis put on quite a show as he demonstrated his cooking skills during his Chef Demonstration today at The Terraces at Coventry Village!

He showed correct techniques in lettuce cutting and explained the importance of adding each element in a certain order to avoid soggy lettuce. He also gave a good explanation of when and why to grill versus sautéing or baking! He added a fun element of fire to the demonstration too, which gave our Resident's a thrilling show.
