Why does an interdisciplinary diabetes-care conference matter? Because the best diabetes care does not happen in silos. WNA’s 2026 Diabetes Care and Education Conference brings together nurses, APRNs, diabetes care and education specialists, pharmacists, dietitians, and other professionals who support people with diabetes across acute, primary, and community-based settings.

Join colleagues from across Wisconsin to explore clinical best practices, diabetes self-management, health equity, and the social factors that shape outcomes, while building relationships and referral resources that strengthen care beyond the conference.

September 18–19 at Kalahari Resorts in Wisconsin Dells
Up to 12.5 continuing education contact hours available.
