A doula can be an amazing addition to your birth team, but there are so many myths!

🌸just breathe🌸

Breathing during labor can reduce pain, relieve tension, promote relaxation, and increase endurance. There are so many different techniques to breathe— it can be overwhelming and difficult to know when to use them. A doula can offer guidance on breathing, positioning, and other coping techniques for labor.

Madtown Birth Services is committed to providing care and assistance to all families, regardless of financial situation. To support this mission, we have established a scholarship fund. A portion of all fully-priced services are allocated to the scholarship fund so we can offer reduced rates to families who could not otherwise afford our services. The scholarship fund is currently empty, so we humbly ask that you consider contributing. Your donation will offset the cost of our services so a family can feel empowered during their birth, an experience they unfortunately did not have during their first birth (without a doula). Thank you so much for your time and consideration!

Help support Madtown Birth Services by donating or sharing with your friends.
