Wellness isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we intentionally weave into the fabric of what we do, and is the foundation of our work.

This month, our team and our Ambassadors have been putting wellness into action! We’ve stepped away from our desks for adult recess at a local park near our new office, we’ve been canvassing across the city in preparation for the 18th Annual Black Women's Wellness Day , and supporting our Walk Captains as they continue to build community through regular, weekly movement!

In honor of Wellness Wednesday we encourage you to get involved and take action!
