Yesterday’s White Stone Release & Sound Healing at our Sound Studio was a beautiful afternoon of softening, release, reflection, and deep rest. 🤍

Participants were guided through meditation, individual sound healing, individual Reiki support, and a gentle white stone release ritual designed to help create space for healing, grounding, and renewal. Throughout the experience, guests were bathed in healing vibrations and sound within a deeply supportive group setting.

A heartfelt thank you to Dona and Tanya for offering individual Reiki support throughout the session while I provided individual sound healing for each participant. 💛

Private sessions are also available featuring the White Stone Healing Release theme for those seeking a more personalized one-to-one experience.
