The NEUBIE activates the system. Movement builds it.

At The PWR Collective, We pair the NEUBIE with strength training, sport-specific movement, rehab progression, and performance-based loading to retrain muscle patterns, reduce compensation, and improve efficiency.

That’s where real progress happens.

From rehab to game speed movement.

Being able to move with speed, power, and control is the goal.

That transition doesn’t happen automatically. It has to be trained.

You don’t get injured moving straight. It happens when you’re cutting, shifting, and changing direction. That’s why we train movement that reflects those demands.

This side lunge challenges the knee to absorb and produce force laterally while staying controlled. With NEUBIE resistance, we can increase intensity without heavy joint loading, building strength and confidence where it actually matters.

That’s how we bridge the gap back to real performance.

Avoiding movement can actually make pain worse.

It might feel like the right thing to do, but over time avoidance reinforces limitation. What starts as hesitation often turns into stiffness, instability, and a loss of confidence in your body.

When movement is consistently avoided, the nervous system limits output, increases tension, and continues to signal that movement isn’t safe.

The shift happens when we reintroduce movement the right way. Through controlled, guided exposure, we give the body proof that it can move safely again.

It’s not just about moving again. It’s about restoring trust in your body.

After a knee injury, your legs need more than movement. They need to produce force with confidence. NEUBIE resistance keeps the quads active the entire rep, creating a high training stimulus without heavy external load.

This is how we rebuild strength, power, and trust.

After a stroke, recovery isn’t just about rebuilding strength. It’s about retraining how the brain and body communicate.

In sessions like this, we use the NEUBIE to improve sensory input, increase muscle recruitment, and restore more efficient movement patterns. By pairing stimulation with intentional, functional movement, we’re able to work on proprioception, coordination, and control in a way that carries over into long-term recovery.

This is how we help patients rebuild confidence, improve movement quality, and make meaningful progress over time.

Movement problems aren’t always about strength. They’re often about activation.

The NEUBIE helps restore proper communication between your nervous system and your muscles, allowing you to recruit the right muscles at the right time. That’s where real progress starts.

Let’s talk about dry needling.

Injuries disrupt how the nervous system communicates with muscle. Dry needling helps reset that signal, reducing guarding and improving muscle responsiveness.

From there, the NEUBIE builds on that reset by actively driving muscle activation during movement. This helps restore strength, improve coordination, and rebuild confidence without wasting time in rehab.

Knee protection isn’t just about strength. It’s about control.

Single-leg squats with multi-directional reaching challenge the knee’s ability to manage load in multiple planes. After injury, this is where deficits in quad strength, hip stability, and proprioception often show up.

By adding NEUBIE resistance, we increase neural drive so the muscles stay active as the body moves outside its base of support. This helps improve control, alignment, and joint confidence.

ACL athletes: this is how you rebuild quad strength faster.

In post-ACL reconstruction, one of the biggest hurdles is restoring true quadriceps activation, not just movement.

In this exercise, we’re pairing a seated long-arc quad with high-intensity NEUBIE stimulation to force full quad recruitment. The direct current helps bypass neural inhibition after surgery, allowing the athlete to feel high resistance safely while driving hypertrophy, strength, and confidence without stressing the graft.
