Pineapple Pop with a Twist! 🎲🍍

We started our day with a little relaxation… because we were going to need it! After 4 rounds of everyone rolling a 2, the stakes were raised. I jokingly announced, “If the next person rolls a 2, EVERYONE gets a bingo coupon!”

Mrs. Sharon was up for the challenge—and wouldn’t you know it… SHE ROLLED A 2!

The room erupted in cheers, clapping and laughter!

Were the extra bingo coupons worth it? ABSOLUTELY! Seeing everyone’s faces light up was priceless. ❤️

Good thing we relaxed first… because Pineapple Pop got REAL serious today!

We kicked off our Monday with Strength Training, then slowed things down with coffee, gospel music and a meaningful devotional with Mary.

Now it’s time to mix things up! It’s Trail Mix Day, and we’re enjoying a little snack before this afternoon’s Bingo and Rockin’ with Tonya!

But we need to settle an important question…

Fun Friday at The Paragon!

We’re taking the scenic route today—all the way out West! Our monthly Armchair Travel adventure landed us in beautiful Utah, where we explored some of its breathtaking sights. Several of our residents have actually visited, so we had some first-hand travelers in the group! ✈️

And of course, no trip is complete without tasting the destination! We put our own Paragon spin on Utah’s Blue Mint White Chocolate Ice Cream—because sightseeing works up an appetite! 🍦😋

We also squeezed in strength training, Bingo, and leg strengthening to keep everyone moving and grooving.

And tonight? We’re saying “9 to 5” with a little help from the one and only Dolly Parton! Because what better way to end Fun Friday than with Dolly, a classic movie, and a whole lot of fun?

Thursday at The Paragon = fellowship, music & fun!

We started with Men’s Group and great conversation with Danny. Thanks, Danny, for always leading our guys! Thank you, Savana, for bringing your beautiful music to our morning, followed by BINGO with Kim from Madisonville Health & Rehab. Thank you, Kim, for the fun and yummy snacks!

We tried a new chair dance to “Don’t Be Cruel”—Elvis would be proud! Then it was time for Thankful Thursday gospel music. ❤️

Tonight, we’re kicking back after dinner with a new series, Victoria!

A little fellowship, a little dancing, a little singing…just another fun Thursday at The Paragon! ✨

Co****le competition was ON today!

Shannon and Brittany from CenterWell Home Health joined us for a little friendly competition, and what a close game it was! Congratulations to our winners: 🥇 1st Place – Roger, who had a PERFECT score! 🥈 2nd – Brenda and 🥉 3rd – Lou!

A huge thank-you to Shannon and Brittany for spending part of their day with us. We always love having you ladies join the fun!

We wrapped up the afternoon with a beautiful church service led by our friends from First Baptist Church. Thank you for leading us in worship—and a special thank-you to Mrs. Connie for blessing us with her beautiful piano playing!

Our Newsletter Crew was hard at work this morning, so be on the lookout for your copy—it’s HOT off the press!

Then we got our game faces on for “Don’t Burst My Bubble!” 🫧 Residents picked 7 numbers from 1–50, and our Bubble Buster was ready to pop those bubbles! We had two winners each round—congrats to Shirley for winning BOTH rounds, and to Ann and Stephanie for each taking a round and protecting those bubbles! 🏆🫧

A little leg strengthening rounded out the morning, and now we’re warmed up and ready to roll into an afternoon of fun!
