Incentives were earned by logging your data into the app, meeting monthly with a case manager, health coach, or neighborhood nurse; attending activities or classes; completing your Health Risk Assessment; and more.

Good morning from SafePath! 💙

There will be no yoga classes next week (August 31-September 7) at Prisma Health or the Cora Veal Center while Mindy takes a much-needed break. We will see you again for classes on Sept 8th!

Please help us spread the word to anyone you know who attends class with you. There are still a few participants we do not have phone numbers for, so sharing this information is very helpful.

Good afternoon! Due to the threat of inclement weather, we have cancelled the 5:30 PM wellness yoga class that was scheduled at Cora Veal with Mindy and Latasha. Stay in, stay safe! We will see you next week!

We have also made phone calls and sent text messages to everyone for whom we had a phone number.
