ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville was honored to welcome Kentucky State Representative Wade Williams. Representative Williams serves Hopkins County in the Kentucky House of Representatives and plays an important role in healthcare-related decision-making through his leadership as Chair of the House Budget Review Subcommittee on Health and Family Services, Co-Chair of the Interim Joint Budget Review Subcommittee on Health and Family Services, and his service on the Medicaid Oversight and Advisory Board, as well as the Appropriations and Revenue Committee. These positions help influence policies and funding decisions that directly impact healthcare providers, patients, and rural communities across Kentucky.
