📬 I'm sending postcards to fellow Ames Alliance members today, and I realized something...

💌 A postcard stamp costs $0.65.

🩹 The CPR face shield keychain I give every participant at the end of class costs just $0.50.

For less than the cost of mailing a postcard, you can carry a simple tool that could help save a life while protecting yourself. Although the risk of infection during CPR is very low, many people are reluctant to give rescue breaths without a barrier device.

That's why every student leaves my class with a CPR barrier device—because being prepared shouldn't cost much.

✔️ Ready to teach? Always.

Behind every class is a lot of behind-the-scenes work. From mom life to business owner life, sometimes it all happens at the same time—and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Back at Waldinger Corporation today training another great group—this time, their electricians! ⚡️

We covered Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, and this crew kept the class entertaining from start to finish. They were an absolute hoot! 😄
