This month, we’re turning the spotlight on the leader behind our team Brianne Whitney-Reiley, our President!

Brianne’s leadership is centered around a simple but important goal: creating an environment where patients feel cared for, employees feel supported, and our clinics continue to grow and serve their communities well.

As COO, Brianne works closely with our clinic teams and leadership to improve the patient experience, strengthen communication, support staff development, and find new ways for our clinics to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

What makes Brianne’s leadership special is her belief that great healthcare starts with great people. She is passionate about building strong teams, recognizing hard work, encouraging growth, and making sure we never lose sight of the people behind everything we do, our patients and our employees.

When she’s not working behind the scenes to keep everything moving, Brianne enjoys family nights with her Husband, and two little girls, as well as taking mental health breaks and diving into crafting projects.
