Aspen Ridge Counseling Center is a full service outpatient mental health provider working with children/teens, couples, families and adults. We work with a variety of issues, including depression and anxiety, behavioral problems, school struggles, family and relationship issues, and substance abuse.

Drug Take Back Day will take place tomorrow at the Magna Recreation Center! This is a great opportunity for everyone to take a moment to clean out their medicine cabinets and safely dispose of unused or expired medications, helping keep family members, the community, and the environment safe.

Our 3rd Annual Trunk-or-Treat is coming up on Monday, October 26th! We will be distributing warm winter clothes, generously donated by our Tooele community. We have LOTS of coats, sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, & more! Please come get whatever you need, everyone is welcome!

There will also be community resource tables handing out candy, a bingo scavenger hunt, free cookies and hot chocolate, a Halloween coloring contest, photo booth with our "scarapist", corn hole, and the Eagles vs Cowboys game will be playing outside!

Please join us for a fun night of community, treats, laughter, and keeping families warm this winter! 💙🎃

This is our 3rd annual Winter Warmth Drive. The Tooele community has generously donated SO many items for families in need for the cold months ahead and we are so grateful. Also, thank you to the businesses who are hosting donation boxes in their buildings. We appreciate all of the generosity from our community! We've received coats, sweaters, blankets, shoes, beanies, scarfs, and more. We will be distributing all of these items at our Trunk or Treat on Monday, October 26th from 6-8 pm. Everyone is welcome and we'd love to see you all there! 💙

A huge thank you to Cyprus High School’s YEP Squad for welcoming our therapist, Keri Stone, LCSW, to discuss all things mental health! We explored several important topics, including:
• Stress and and how it affects our brains and bodies
• Signs and symptoms of stress
• Grounding techniques to reduce stress
• When to seek professional support
• Su***de awareness, crisis resources, and where to turn for help in an emergency
It was wonderful to see every student participate in the grounding activities and engage in meaningful conversations about mental health. These discussions are so important, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with Cyprus High School’s YEP Squad and help make mental health a more comfortable topic to talk about.
