Catching up on celebrating our amazing SACR-Magnolia graduates! ❤️
We are so proud of each of these patients and the progress they’ve made throughout their cardiac rehab journey. From increased strength and endurance to healthier habits, weight loss, improved mobility, and a renewed commitment to taking care of their hearts—these accomplishments are worth celebrating!
👏 Donald Faulk — Enjoyed every part of the program and can get around much better. He plans to keep exercising, eat better, and continue making healthier life choices.
🫀 Charles Tate — Enjoyed visiting with the staff and fellow patients. He feels stronger overall and has gained muscle mass. He plans to continue losing weight and building strength.

🫀John Clayton — Enjoyed every bit of the program and learned so much along the way. He has gained strength, walks better and more steadily, and has embraced a healthier lifestyle. His plan moving forward is to keep walking!
🫀 Joyce Scott — Enjoyed the staff and workouts. She has grown stronger and developed better dietary habits. She plans to continue exercising and incorporating the Pritikin lifestyle into her everyday life.
🫀 Clifford Willis — Enjoyed the friendly staff and exercise. He has noticed improved stamina and endurance since beginning the program and plans to “keep on keeping on!”
🫀 Jimmy Page — Enjoyed the staff, making new friends, and the exercise. He feels better and has started making healthier food choices. He plans to continue exercising, eating right, and working toward better health.
🫀 Wendall Hart — Has continued exercising at the gym since graduating! He has seen LOTS of benefits: he is off one diabetic medication and two other medications, has lost 14 pounds, and says he feels much better than when he started! His words say it best: “I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH ARKANSAS CARDIAC REHAB!” 🙌
🫀 Archie Graves — Enjoyed the entire program and plans to continue his exercise routine 4 days a week. He has noticed improved endurance since starting cardiac rehab.
🫀 Donna Davis — Enjoyed the exercise and spending time with the staff and fellow patients. She plans to continue working out at the gym 3–4 times a week and has seen a huge improvement in her flexibility and endurance!
❤️ We are incredibly proud of every one of you! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to your heart health are inspiring. Graduation may mark the end of the program, but it’s just the beginning of a healthier lifestyle.
