Led by Chris Thomas of Life Force Guidance, this session leads you through 18 gentle, intentional movements designed to quiet a busy mind and bring balance back to your entire system.

This evening is a fully supported experience to deepen your personal practice. Doors open early at 6:00 PM, allowing you extra time to settle into the studio before we start, ask questions during our Q&A, and receive take-home worksheets along with detailed instruction.
