We are excited to announce that we are now hosting weekly QiGong at Flowers & Stars Shop!! 🧘🏽‍♂️

A complete practice of 18 flowing movements designed to calm the mind, ground the body, and leave you feeling clear and at ease. Led by Chris Thomas of Life Force Guidance. Because the movements are slow, gentle, and easy to follow, this class is an excellent place to start if you have never tried Qigong before.

This is more than your average class. It is a complete experience designed to deepen your practice. With our doors opening 30 minutes early, every session includes extra time for Q&A, a chance to drop into the space before we begin, take-home worksheets on your practice for that day, and in-depth instruction.

To ensure everyone receives genuine attention and guidance, we cap this class at 9 participants.

Save the date! Kristi Stephenson is coming back to the Flowers & Stars Shop for another round of Foot Zone Treatments this summer all the way from Utah! 👣✨

During a foot zone session, gentle pressure is directed at specific points on the feet to signal the nervous system, helping to release blocked tension, bring the body back into balance, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

It is a beautiful way to ground your energy as we move into the summer months. Each session lasts about an hour, allowing space to focus on whatever your body is ready to clear, whether that looks like physical relief, emotional processing, or deep energetic rest.
