⚾🏃‍♀️ “Tell me something good!” Is it:
✔️ A base hit under the lights?
✔️ A new PR on the track?
✔️ Finally nailing that routine or solo?
We LOVE hearing what your kids are up to this season 🙌 but all that running, swinging, jumping, and practicing can add up on growing bodies. Keeping their spine moving well helps them stay in the game (and out of the “my back hurts” conversation 😅).
Let’s keep our kids feeling strong, moving well, and doing what they love. 💙
