The transition into parenthood can be beautiful and incredibly overwhelming. 🤍

Whether you’re pregnant or navigating the postpartum season, you may notice changes in your emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being.

For some, this can look like:

Try this:

1. Pause & Breathe 🌿
Take a few slow, deep breaths. Let your body settle before reacting.

2. Simplify ✨
Ask yourself: What is one small thing I can do right now? Focus only on that.

3. Reset Your Senses 🌸
Step outside, sip some water, or take a moment to notice something calming around you.

You don’t have to solve everything today.

Allie has specific interest and experience working with adults and couples of all ages (18+). Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and direct. She believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. She believes you should feel deeply understood, and you also deserve tools that create real change.
